I do know all of the decorations will permanently remain in your village after purchasing them. I don't know if select items such as the Turkey etc. will always remain available for purchase in the store however. I'll try and find out.

Hi Morning. I'm waiting to hear back. If I had to guess, I would say things like the Turkey will be removed from the menu but you obviously will be able to keep any that you have already purchased.
